One 90-Minute "Awareness Session." In this foundational session you will step into what the fulfilled, lively life you desire looks, sounds, and feels like, and we will identify the core limiting belief that has been getting in the way.

11- 60-Minute Personalized Support via Zoom. During each of these weekly sessions, we will celebrate your successes, break through your limiting beliefs by using modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis and EFT Tapping. By the end each session you will have clarity to decide which actions steps to take towards your goals.

One 40-Minute "What's Next " session. After the 11 personalized support sessions and the "Awareness Session," it is now time to identify how to use your learnings as a springboard towards moving forward.

Weekly Email Support: Celebrations and accountability.

Three 20 Minute "Chat it Out" Zoom calls. These in between session calls are for when you need a boost of support and extra accountability.
